How long does it take to complete this program?

It takes roughly 30 minutes to go through every step. However, you do not need to complete all steps at once.

Do I have to do all the steps at once?

No. Feel free to start and stop whenever you wish.

Do you have any suggestions to help prevent me from falling back into my old behavior patterns?

Play offense. Set up an environment beforehand that removes distractions before they arise. For example, you can set your phone to "Do Not Disturb", you can block out certain periods of the day for quiet hours, etc.

What do I do if I have multiple behaviors I want to change?

The program is built for you to plan to achieve one behavior change at a time. However, if you have more than one change in mind, you can just start at the beginning and plan the next one on your list.

How important is it to share with people?

Vitally. Other people will help you and provide emotional support along the way. As I explained in my TEDx talk, social support is one of the most powerful resources at your disposal. High-levels of social support will help you think stronger and live longer.

Why should I share with other people? Do I have to?

Beyond social support, an effective strategy for achieving your behavior goals is accountability. You accomplish this very well by sharing your goals, progress, and struggles with someone else.
