  Outcome: A Timeline to Change Your Life


The purpose of this program is to help you commit to achieving a better life. Although millions of people want (and need) to change, most never fully prepare themselves for self-improvement because they either don't know how or don't follow through. Through this program you will plan, implement, and achieve greatness in all areas of your life. Most goals fall somewhere into the following five categories (the Fantastic Five): Faith, Family & Friends, Financial, Fitness, and Fun. The Goal Planning Strategy will empower you to achieve your goals in each of these areas. As you improve your life in one area, you will see the others fall into place as well. You will not only train yourself to take action, but you will also develop yourself into a goal-driven person.

Your 90 Day Run is a contract and commitment to yourself. To assist you in accomplishing the goals you lay out for your 90 Day Run you will: define your G.R.E.A.T. long-term goals and the short-term and shared goals that will help you accomplish them, create a daily planner and journal to organize and chronicle your path to success, and track the status of your goals. In so doing, you will achieve the greatness you desire.
