This program is designed to help you achieve positive changes through daily mindfulness. It was designed to take only a few minutes each day.
What if I miss a day?
Write down what happened in that day that distracted you from using your journal. And see if there is a way of removing that distraction in the future.
What do I do if I want to change the time I receive reminders?
To change the time, email, or phone number for reminders, fill out the 1. Setup step again.
I keep missing days. How can I get out of this pattern?
In the Setup section, you will see an area to enter your phone number. This will update your notifications from an email to a text message, which will help keep you on course.
